8pm until late: Welcome dinner at Ergina, Trypiti.

We’d love you to join us at our favourite taverna in Trypiti, Ergina,
which we have hired to host our pre-wedding welcome dinner.
The celebrations will begin in earnest with traditional food and all things Greek and fun!
​
Please make your own way to and from Ergina (which is opposite the church in Trypiti). There are taxi and private hire people carrier details on the ‘Accommodation and Travel’ page for those of you that want to have a night of it (which might be quite likely).

Day of rest and eager anticipation
​
We’ll need a day off, so you guys get one too.
There’s a lot to see and adventuring around the island is easy as nothing is too far apart, but we really recommend seeing the beauty of Milos from the sea and encourage you to do a boat trip around the south side of the island if you feel inclined.
We’ve included some recommended boat options, our favourite beaches and a few suggestions of other sights on the 'Milos' page.

Agios Nikolaos, Trypiti
Please be at the church, Agios Nikolaos, in Trypiti by 4.45pm for the traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony, which will start at 5.00pm.

For those staying in Pollonia, the wedding coaches will leave from Pollonia bus stop at 4:00pm.
​
For those staying in Plaka, the church is a five-minute walk from the main carpark in Plaka.
​
​
Undisclosed location near Trypiti
The reception venue is a surprise and transport from the church in Trypiti
to the reception venue will be provided.
​
If you would like to drive, then please park in Trypiti carpark and jump on a minibus to the venue;
there will be transport on hand to take you back to the carpark from the venue.
Coaches / minibuses will be shuttling to Pollonia from 2.00am until 4.00am (ish).
If you wish to leave earlier, please arrange for a taxi to collect you at your chosen time from Trypiti carpark; transport will be on hand to take you there.

Important information:
Due to the nature of the location, size of the venue and the numbers of little ones between you all,
we cannot host any kids (other than in arms or those related to us) on the day.
We really appreciate this is may present a bit of a logistical headache for a few of you initially,
though hopefully this means that all the parents will get a proper night/few days off!
​
Wedding Attire:
We’d love you to wear your best sunset, pastel and/or muted tones… definitely bring sunglasses and note
that it will be super-hot until the sun goes down and it might be a little chilly at night.
​
Stiletto heels are seriously not recommended; the floor at the venue is uneven
so wedges or flats are a far better idea ladies.

3.00pm – late: Beach (after) party at Hitana, Pollonia
The party will continue at a lovely private beach few minutes’ walk along the coast from Pollonia harbour. We have the place to ourselves, so please come and find us at Hitana for recovery cocktails, swims in crystal clear water, another awesome DJ set and continued celebrations.
Bring your beach party outfits and little ones are more than welcome xx
